Why I Do This Work

I once was that teen: struggling, misunderstood, trying to figure out who I was. And when I look back, what I needed most was someone who believed in me—not who fixed me. Now, as a therapist, I get to be that person for others. I help families move forward with curiosity, compassion, and focus on what’s possible now.

My Philosophy & Approach

  • Small shifts create big change. You don’t have to wait for transformation — you can begin now.

  • What you want matters more than what you don’t. We focus on building toward your goals, not dwelling on problems.

  • Therapy is forward-looking. We may explore the past where it’s meaningful, but our work is driven by the “what’s next.”

  • You belong fully — quirks, questions, growth. Everyone’s limits and identity deserve respect.

I use a solution‑focused framework, working to help you and your family identify strengths, build momentum, and test new ways of being that fit your values and goals.

What I Offer You

  • A relational, focused, growth-oriented experience

  • Therapy for teens & young adults (identity, self-esteem, communication)

  • Parent coaching to help you be steady, set limits, support identity

  • Family sessions to repair connection and shift patterns

I believe one person can shift the dynamic of a relationship or system — including you.
