Clinical Supervision for LMFT-Associates, LPC-Associates, & LCDC-Interns in Texas

Clinical supervision is designed to support therapists in developing clinical competence, ethical decision-making, confidence, and a strong professional identity while working toward independent licensure in Texas. I provide virtual supervision for LMFT-Associates and LPC-Associates seeking supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented supervision that balances accountability with encouragement.

My supervision style is relational, practical, and rooted in curiosity. I utilize the Socratic method to gently challenge you to think critically through cases while providing guidance and support in case conceptualization, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ethical decision-making. My goal is to help you feel confident, grounded, and competent in your work with clients.

I have over 15 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, families, and substance use concerns in higher levels of care, outpatient treatment, and private practice settings. My approach integrates solution-focused therapy, systems theories, collaborative language, narrative therapy, attachment and trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy approaches.

Supervision follows all requirements established by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) and applicable licensing board rules.

Supervision Fee: $400/month
Format: Weekly Individual Virtual supervision across Texas
